Vigilix is excited to announce the release of the Remote Control module for ScanSource Virtual Technician. This module, based upon the powerful and popular remote control product, NetSupport Manager, was designed with three main goals in mind:

• Full integration - You do no have to leave the SSVT Portal to install remote control software or connect to remote systems.
• Simplicity - Once the SSVT Agent is installed, you can enable remote control by simply clicking on a checkbox. SSVT will do the rest.
• Security - The SSVT Remote Control module includes several important security features including:
  • No inbound ports need to be opened to the remote system or the viewing system
  • You can require end user acknowledgement
  • A complete audit trail of remote control access
  • You can enable a mode whereby the remote control software is only running when you have requested access through the SSVT portal
