Vigilix DR is a fixed-price offsite backup solution specific for POS service providers.  The addition of the fixed-price offsite backup solution to the existing suite of support tools allows the Vigilix customer base to extend to their merchants this service as a standard offering in their support contracts.

Vigilix DR offers point of sale support providers with several fixed-price options for disaster recovery through offsite backup.  POS support providers using Vigilix’s Dashboard can monitor and remotely support their customer’s POS hardware, software and offsite backup processes in a single system.  This reduces the need to manage and train support personnel on multiple applications used for support purposes.

Vigilix DR includes continuous data protection, folder / file level backup & retrieval, and 256-bit encryption in mirrored SAS 70 Type II certified data centers.
